When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here.

sand&palm handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
Please choose your sand&palm pieces carefully as we do not refund purchases but will happily exchange your order. Refunds are issued if item is deemed faulty.
If you received your item(s) and the sizing is unsuitable, upon availability, we can exchange for an alternative size or style by filling out our Returns/Exchanges Form .
Store credit will be offered for any change of mind requests or size/style exchange if the item requested is unavailable.

sand&palm states clearly the nature of organic & natural fibres and using non chemical plant dyes. Not caring correctly for delicate items may cause fading. Also plant dyes in rich colour will fade with frequent washing as a natural result.
sand&palm will refund postage for any manufacturing faults in items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty
All returns/exchanges are at the cost of the customer, as well as any replacement postage fees. Please read the below terms and conditions before sending back your item(s).

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
2. The goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
